K4 and K5
What could be more important, and more exciting, than teaching little children about God? Nothing! 
Goals for this age group:
  • Know that God loves and cares for us; that God sent Jesus to show His love for us; that God's Word helps us learn about the greatness and goodness of God and the Lord Jesus.
  • Respond by demonstrating love for God through kindness, helpfulness and thankfulness; by talking to God in prayer.
 
Grades 1 and 2
PrimeTime is packed with activities that spotlight the emerging reading skills and enthusiasm for learning of kids ages 6 to 8. Includes Bible stories about Jesus' teachings, parables, and resurrection taken from passages in Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, and Acts.

 

 
For Grades 3 and 4
Using a variety of fun learning activities, meaningful discussion questions and more, teachers will help this lively group become wholehearted followers of Jesus.  They will learn how to explore and obey God’s Word, trust Jesus as Savior and tell others about Him.
Goals for this age group include:
  • Know that God loves and helps us and has a plan for our lives; that God sent His Son, the Lord Jesus, to be our Savior.
  • Respond by trusting Jesus as Savior; by choosing ways to show love for God and obedience to His Word; by telling others about Jesus.

 

For Grades 5 and 6
The Edge has been designed for pre-teen small-group discussions and activities that will lead students to a strong foundation of faith. This spiritual foundation will enable students to live as Jesus wants them to, even in the face of the peer pressure that they all experience during this new phase of their lives.  Our prayerful goal is to provide your children with rock solid Bible teaching and be the supporting mechanism for you to raise your children in Christ. Gospel Light provides those tools in helping us to do this. 
Goals for this age group:
  • Know that God wants us to trust, love and obey Him; that God can help us grow in Christian maturity.
  • Respond by trusting Jesus as Savior; by serving Jesus in his or her own church; by demonstrating attitudes and actions that reflect love for Jesus.
We use Gospel Light which is designed to reach kids right where they are.   Children will go through the Bible four times by the time they complete Grade 6.  That's why all our teaching resources are solidly based on God's Word.  This is done through hands-on activities that engage their intense curiosity and openness to learning new things plus a dedicated team of volunteers who love Our Lord and your children!  Children learn biblical truths and how to apply them in their young lives.  Music, games, art projects, skits and other fun activities draw children to God and His love!
